Dear New Employee,

Welcome to USD 434! On behalf of the Technology Team, we are excited to have you join Santa Fe Trail Schools!

To complete your technology onboarding, please go to onboarding website (onboarding.usd434.us) and follow the required steps below.

Your Temporary Credentials

Please have these credentials ready before accessing the portal:

  • Email Address: 

  • Username: 

  • Password: 

Required Onboarding Steps

  1. Reset Your Password: Update your temporary password. This change will automatically sync across your Microsoft, Google, Active Directory (AD), and PowerSchool accounts.

  2. Configure Your Google Account: Log in using your new credentials to set up your Google account.

  3. Submit the New Employee Form: Complete and submit the mandatory form.

  4. Review Policies: Read through the Acceptable Use Policies and Guidelines and submit your formal acknowledgment.

  5. Submit Photo: Upload a photo for your official employee ID badge

  6. Collect Hardware: After you have completed your onboarding steps we will start processing the information and start preparing your equipment.  Once ready we will reach out to you to schedule a time to pickup your equipment.
