My name is Dr. Carrie Mugridge and I am the Executive Director of Learning Services.  My experience in education includes time in several Kansas school districts as a classroom teacher, a reading and math interventionist, a building and district wide reading specialist, and various administrative positions. 

As Executive Director, I work with principals and teachers to assess academic performance and implement plans to improve student achievement. I support curriculum and instruction, provide coaching and professional development, guide data-driven decisions, and oversee academic assessments.
