ACCESS ACADEMIC AND NON-ACADEMIC TESTS, SURVEYS, AND QUESTIONNAIRES
On this page you can access copies of any non-academic tests, surveys, and questionnaires that our district implements
USD 434 conducts academic assessments for students ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade, covering both core and tiered instruction. Additionally, a twenty question social-emotional risk screener named FastBridge MySAEBRS is administered to all K-12 students. This valuable tool equips teachers and counselors with essential student data, enhancing their ability to provide comprehensive support for the holistic development of each child.

The MySAEBERS assessment was opted into by 55% of guardians for students at Santa Fe Trail.
